By Kwame Michael | 3:35 am

Barcelona's European dream came to a halt  following a shocking elimination from the Europa cup by a resurgent and resilient Eintracht Frankfurt, who ran away with a deserved 3-2 win to book a place in the semis for the first time on a 4-3 aggregate scoreline following a 1-1 draw in the 1st leg.

Felipe Kostic grabbed two amazing goals and a stunner from Colombian striker Rafael Santos Borre sealed the qualification for the Germans.

Sergio Busquets and substitute, Memphis Depay two late consolation goals for the Spanish side, wasn't enough to put them through in a competition which they have never won; losing four times in the semi-final in the past.
