Published by Michael Osei   Nico Jackson x Chalobah celebrate a goal  Coming off from a hard-fought 4-3 win over Brighton, Chelsea were held to a 1-1 draw by Newcastle in the third game of their USA tour. Both goals arrived in the first half with Nicholas Jackson netting the opener and his second goal of the Premier League summer series in the 12th minute.  Paraguayan winger, Miguel Almiron grabbed the equalizer for the Magpies with a beautiful sublime finish late in the half.  Both clubs had a great game ahead of the new season, especially Newcastle who is in the UCL for the first time in 50 years. Mauricio Pochettino's  men dominated the encounter when they beat Brighton to register nine goals in two games so far in the preseason campaign.  Nicholas Jackson, Christopher Nkunku, and Mykalio Mudryk were all on the scoresheet for the resurgent Blues!! Published by Michael Osei  Nkunku celebrate after scoring the third  Mauricio Pochettino's reign at Chelsea got off on a sound note as the Blues hammered Welsh side Wrexham at the Kenan Memorial Stadium in the US.  The game is the first of the London side's five friendlies lined up ahead of the new (2024/2025) season.
